Client goals & objectives are assessed by way of detailed analysis of pertinent information gathered from an interview process. An investment strategy is then constructed by our team of in-house managers & associated international consultant managers.
SECURITIES SAFEKEEPING\CUSTODY SERVICES:
All securities held on behalf of our clients will be held in the Custody Accounts of Tillerman Securities Ltd. at our Agent Depositories (never directly in a client’s name). In doing so, we provide a genuine, fully licensed Custody Service. We will tend to all routine and extraordinary matters that may arise related to positions held, including:
- Tax levies
- Dividend Payments
- Interest Payments
- Corporate Actions (Splits, etc.)
Mutual & Hedge Fund Trading & Transaction Support
While Tillerman Securities will not be seeking a Mutual Fund Administration License, we will be actively pursuing the lucrative trade execution opportunities often presented by the Mutual & Hedge Fund Industries.
To support this effort‚Tillerman Securities provides trade execution & support services to the Mutual & Hedge Fund industry. Rather than just a trading platform, we can provide critical fund accounting data on the positions we trade, Including:
- Net Asset Value (NAV)
- ROI performance
- Composition of Holdings
- Income and Gains Information (for taxes)
- Graphical Data
Most importantly, we have the capability of supporting daily Subscriptions & Redemptions for all the funds we provide execution and accounting support to. Fully processed data can be seamlessly provided to Fund Administrators & Investment Companies on a daily basis, allowing promoters & managers to focus what they do best.
ASSET PRESERVATION STRUCTURES:
Tillerman Securities is of the opinion that services associated with strategic account opening structures, for Asset Protection or otherwise, (E.g. Corporations, Trusts etc.) are best provided by operations that are wholly independent of Custodial Operations (Banks, Brokers etc.). For this reason, we do not offer these services.
However, given that many clients opt to establish relationships via strategic structures, it is important that custodians (Banks, Brokers etc.) have a good understanding of these entities.
Further, in-order to deliver a hassle free experience to clients who may wish to operate accounts via a particular structure, Tillerman maintains a list of qualified & reputable service providers that offer advice & structuring services internationally. We are happy to assist with initial introductions, and other support activity aimed at simplifying the process of opening an account in this fashion.
